REFUND POLICY

At Combat Ready HQ Ltd, we stand behind the quality of our products. While we don't offer exchanges on opened coffee bags, we do accept returns if they haven't been touched or opened. We gladly accept returns and exchanges on apparel and gear in new condition.

If you're not satisfied with the fit of a T-shirt, hoodie or other item, or encounter any issues with your order, you can initiate a return within 30 days of purchase. Simply contact us at craig@combatreadyhq.co.uk to start the process.

There is no charge for returns, but you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Please ensure items are returned in unwashed condition and preferably in the original packaging.

Please clearly mark the packaging with your order number before sending it back to us. Our goal is your satisfaction, so don't hesitate to reach out to our support team with any questions or concerns. We're here to help ensure you're happy with your purchase.
