This website is operated by Combat Ready HQ Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Combat Ready HQ Ltd. Combat Ready HQ offers this website, including the live events map, news and Intelligence content, shop, membership Services and all information, tools and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, registering an account, or subscribing to CRHQ Intelligence, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, members, customers, and contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any Services.

Any new features or tools which are added to the current site shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Combat Ready HQ is a self-hosted platform. Our shop runs on our own commerce infrastructure, and payments are processed securely by Stripe. Newsletter and Intelligence Briefing emails are delivered via Resend.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country or region of residence. The Services are not intended for use by children.

You may not use our products or Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to copyright and intellectual property laws.

You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.

A breach or violation of any of these Terms will result in immediate termination of your Services, including suspension or cancellation of any account and any active CRHQ Intelligence subscription.

We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content, not including payment information, may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Payment information is always processed and encrypted by Stripe and is never stored on our own servers.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, including the live events map, news content, Intelligence Briefings, or shop, without express written permission from us.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site, including the live events map, news content, or analysis, is not accurate, complete or current. Map data is aggregated from open source news reporting and third-party feeds and is provided for situational awareness only. It should not be relied upon as the sole basis for safety, travel, operational, or any other decisions without consulting primary or official sources.

Our news, analysis, and Intelligence Briefing content reflects the editorial judgment and perspective of Combat Ready HQ and is presented from our own point of view. It is offered for general information and commentary purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or safety advice.

This site may contain historical information that is provided for reference only and is not current. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information.

Prices for our products and CRHQ Intelligence subscription plans are subject to change without notice, though we will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers in advance of any subscription price change.

We reserve the right at any time to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, including individual map layers, content categories, or membership features, without notice.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Returns Policy.

We have made every effort to display product colours and images as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your device's display of any colour will be accurate.

We reserve the right to limit the sale of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, Services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us, and to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order. In the event we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at the time of order.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, account, and billing information, including for any CRHQ Intelligence subscription. You agree to promptly update your account information, including your email address and payment details, so that we and our payment processor can complete transactions and contact you as needed.

CRHQ Intelligence is a paid membership tier offering full access to the live events map, military data layers, historical playback, member-only news content, Intelligence Briefings, and community features, in addition to other benefits described on the site at the time of signup.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. Where a free trial is offered, payment card details are collected upfront and your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

We reserve the right to change Intelligence membership pricing, features, or benefits, including the Join the Ranks loyalty programme and Op Credits, at any time. Op Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and may be adjusted, capped, or revoked at our discretion in cases of suspected abuse or fraud.

Where community map submissions are available to Intelligence members, all submissions are subject to moderation before appearing publicly and may be rejected, edited, or removed at our sole discretion.

By submitting content to the map, including markers, descriptions, or supporting sources, you confirm the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, edit, and distribute that content as part of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke map submission access for any user who submits false, misleading, abusive, or malicious content.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools, such as embedded YouTube content or geocoding services, over which we neither monitor nor have control. Such tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, and we have no liability arising from your use of them. Any use of optional third-party tools is entirely at your own risk.

Certain content available via the Service may include or link to materials from third parties, including news sources referenced on the map and in our content. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating third-party content for accuracy and do not warrant or accept liability for any third-party materials, websites, products, or Services. Please review third-party policies carefully before engaging with them directly.

If you send us submissions, suggestions, proposals, plans, map content, or other materials, you agree that we may edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate, and otherwise use such material in any medium without restriction or compensation. We are under no obligation to keep any submission confidential or to respond to it.

We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit, or remove content we determine to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise in violation of these Terms.

You agree that your submissions will not violate any third party's rights and will not contain unlawful, abusive, or obscene material, or any malicious code. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your own submissions.

Your submission of personal information through the site, shop, or membership signup is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Occasionally there may be information on our site, including in map data, product descriptions, pricing, or content, that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct any such errors and to change or update information, or cancel orders, at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been placed.

We undertake no obligation to update, amend, or clarify information on the site except as required by law.

You are prohibited from using the site or its content: to engage in any unlawful purpose; to solicit others to perform unlawful acts; to violate any applicable laws or regulations; to infringe upon our intellectual property rights or those of others; to harass, abuse, defame, or discriminate against any person; to submit false or misleading information, including false map submissions; to upload viruses or malicious code; to collect or track the personal information of others; to spam, phish, or scrape the site; for any obscene or unlawful purpose; or to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service.

We do not guarantee that your use of the Service, including the live map, will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, and we do not warrant that any results obtained from use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.

The Service and all products and Services delivered through it are, except as expressly stated by us, provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties or conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no case shall Combat Ready HQ Ltd, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or Service providers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data, arising from your use of the Service or your reliance on map data, news content, or analysis published on the site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Where applicable law does not allow such exclusions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Combat Ready HQ Ltd and our officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, Service providers, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service, your submissions to the site or map, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be severed, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.

These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate at any time by closing your account or ceasing to use the site; this does not automatically cancel any active CRHQ Intelligence subscription, which must be cancelled separately through your account settings.

If we determine, in our sole judgment, that you have failed to comply with any provision of these Terms, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice, deny you access to the Service, and cancel any active subscription without refund where the breach involves fraud, abuse, or unlawful conduct. You will remain liable for all amounts due up to the date of termination.

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies posted on this site, constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede any prior agreements or communications, whether oral or written.

Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms shall not be construed against the drafting party.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
